Dear Cyril,

We have agreed with TPLBC-C to reschedule the game which cannot play on Sep 2 due to typhoon. As it was difficult to get rinks at YCK, we discussed directly with TPLBC-C on the offer and they immediately agreed.

Please advise what additional step we should have taken with respect to this game so that we can take appropriate steps in the future to avoid points being deducted. Thank you for your assistance.
