All first half matches must finish on or before 19 Aug

Dear convenors,

The League Panel received a number of applications asking for approval to reschedule over 22 days. The supporting reasons included too many rescheduled games due to inclement weather, public green is not available, reunification cup on 1/7 and 2/7, closing for green maintenance, etc…

After consideration, the League Panel made the following recommendation:

All first-half matches must finish on or before 19 Aug 2023, which is one week before the second half starts. If any match cannot be finished, both sides will be treated as “fail to arrive.” The penalty will be deducted 4 points, and play within 22 days.
