League calendar 2025 and 2026 – v1

Dear convenors,

In line with the CoM decision to run the Premier League with 16 sides per division, the league panel has proposed to commence this format in 2026. In response to this decision, we have carefully planned the league calendar for 2025 and 2026. Here are the key points:

1. Following the Premier League 2025, the Premier League 2026 will adopt the 16 sides per division format. This format will run for at least two years, with a review scheduled for mid-2027.

2. The League panel has proposed to suspend the Triples League from 2025 onwards. This will allow for green maintenance from November to February.

3. The schedule for the Premier League with 16 sides is very tight. We need to complete 31-34 rounds within 8 months.
