Dear ELBC convenors,

It is acknowledged that the LBA office received your request to change the home green from Aplichau (ALC) to Hang Hou (TKO).

Since this is a long-term change, as per bye-law 3.3.a or 4.3.a, the request should be referred to the Council of Management.

We will circulate your request to all convenors and discuss it in the next Council meeting.
