Dear Convenors,

We would like to invite offers from private clubs to host the 2023 National Championship Finals Day Winter on 18th February, 2024

The following finals will be scheduled on the day:

1. Men’s and Women’s National Triples Championship

2. Men’s and Women’s National Fours Championship

3. Men’s and Women’s Novice Pairs Competition

4. Men’s and Women’s 2x4x2 Pairs Competition

Live streaming on event day may be arranged. In addition, one practice evening in the week preceding the Finals Day is also required.

Below is the summary of requirements:-

One green on Sunday, 18^th February 2024 from 9 a.m. to approx. 7 p.m.
One practice evening on three or more rinks between 12^th and 17^th February, 2024, such as 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Sunday, 17^th March, 2024 as the contingency date.
An area to set up the Live-stream crew control office.
Up to 2 parking spaces for the Live-stream crew on event day and the day before for advance set up.
PA System for presentation.
Site visit prior to the event day will be requested.
