Premier League 2023 fixture v3b

Dear convenors,
 
I’ve attached for you the Premier League 2023 fixture v3b.
 
This is the most updated version on top of v3a. Changes included:

Due to IE will be green closed in the second half season, all games at IE will be changed to VP as per request from ABC and GBLBC, I revised the fixture with a new version v3b

Changes include:

1. Assign the second half of ABC and GBLBC home games to VP

2. Update the 3 rescheduled HKYDT games in VP

All of the above are highlighted in the light brown background color.
