Celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the Establishment of the HKSAR – Reunification Cup is organized by the Hong Kong Lawn Bowls Association and sponsored by The Hong Kong Jockey Club.

Date: 1 st July and 2 nd July, 2022 (Fri & Sat); (Fall-back Date: 16 th July and 17 th July, 2022)

Venue: Private Clubs and Public greens in Hong Kong. Finals at CCC.

Entries fee: $1,000 per team. Maximum quota of 240 including teams from the HK Squad, HKLBA, Mainland China & Macao SAR.

Condition of entries: Teams of 4 in any gender, i.e. men only, women only or mixed. An option to enter 5
players per team is available on the condition that each of these 5 players must play at
least one game in the competition.

Maximum entries from each member club are based on the number of teams they have
in the Premier League 2022 plus one guaranteed entry. (e.g. BBB club had 4 Men teams and 2 Women teams in the Premier league 2022. They can enter a maximum of 6 + 1 = 7 teams in this event.) Clubs which do not participate in the Premier League 2022 are guaranteed one entry each. Clubs with interest exceeding their guaranteed quota are welcomed to enter a draw from the pool of vacant places to decide the right to entry.

TPLBC Entries deadline: Friday 27th May, 2022

Prizes: Top 64 teams will be awarded prizes (subject to the final number of confirmed entries).

Provisional conditions of play extracts: Two bowls per player. Sets play. Two sets of 3 ends. All ends in both sets must be completed. No tie-break or extra ends are required in the round-robin stage. Time limit may apply. The jack will be placed by the Skip at a legitimate point on the center line. The Duty
Official will not entertain any request for measurement of jack length. Dead jack to be re-spotted to the 2-metre mark commonly known as the “T”. No head visit. Lead, Second and Third to stay at
mat end before delivery of the Third’s second bowl. Full conditions of play to be issued with the draw and fixtures.

Substitution rules: Only one substitute is allowed in each match. A substitute is not allowed to be the Skip in any match irrespective of the number of matches played. A minimum of three of the original players have to play in each match. No team can play with only three players. Players and substitute in a team may not play in another team.

Event Polo-shirt: For original entrants of each team. Please specify each player’s shirt size.
