比賽申請–Weekday Fours Competition 2026-2027 (本會截期日為 5th Feb 2026)

Weekday Fours Competition 2026-2027 is scheduled to commence on Thursday, 19^th March, 2026. Matches will play in the morning/afternoon session on Thursday. Finals will be held at the 2026 National Championship Finals Day – Winter.

Format: The Fours competition will be played in round robin and knock-out format, two bowls per player and 15 ends for each game. Teams with any gender or combination are allowed. i.e. men only, women only or mixed. Either Indoor or Outdoor green is allowed as home green. Prizes will be awarded to the winner, second and joint thirds.

To maintain fairness and consistency, rescheduled matches must be played strictly on weekday mornings or afternoons (Monday to Friday). Matches starting after 6:00 p.m. or scheduled on weekends will not be permitted. Importantly, the semi‑finals and finals cannot be rescheduled by mutual agreement among competitors, as these fixtures are tied to the official championship calendar. The National Championship Finals Day has been tentatively set for Sunday, 6 February 2027, and all teams must adhere to this schedule.

Re-scheduling of the Semi-finals and Finals by competitors’ mutual agreement is not permitted.

In an effort to streamline result reporting during the round robin stage, home sides are asked to enter match outcomes directly into a shared Google Sheet. To facilitate this process, each team is required to provide one Gmail account that will be used by the LBA to share the schedule and results table. This measure is expected to speed up updates and ensure that all participants have timely access to the latest standings.
