Entry form – NationalFours Championship 2024 (本會截期日:7 Aug 2024)

The National Fours Championship 2024 is scheduled to commence on Sunday, 25^th August 2024. Matches in the men’s section will normally be scheduled for the morning session and the women’s section for the afternoon session. The Finals will be held at the 2024 National Championship Finals Day – Winter.

Format: Two bowls per player, 18 ends.

Tentative dates: 25^th August, 1^st, 8^th, 15^th and 22^nd September. Other Sundays may be used. National Championship Finals Day on 26^th January 2025. Re-scheduling of the Quarter-finals, Semi-finals, and Finals by competitors’ mutual agreement is not permitted.

The entry deadline is Monday, 12^th August 2024. The entry fee is $400 per team. Prizes will be awarded to the winner, second and joint thirds.
